- WhatsApp phone numbers and message content when you or your customers communicate through SanjDesk, SanjTrade, or SanjSite
- Order, invoice, appointment, or project details needed to send transactional WhatsApp notifications

3. WhatsApp Business API
SanjTech Solutions uses the WhatsApp Business API (provided by Meta Platforms) inside SanjDesk, SanjTrade, and SanjSite to:
- Reply to customer support conversations
- Send order updates, invoices, payment reminders, and project reports after the recipient has opted in
- Send service-related alerts requested by the business customer
We do not use WhatsApp to send unsolicited promotional messages. Template messages are sent only with valid opt-in. Message content is processed as needed to deliver the conversation and is subject to Meta’s WhatsApp Business terms and privacy practices.
